WAC Lighting low voltage monorail system can be shaped in the field and designed and cut to navigate curves for custom designs. Solorail is available as components, complete kits and kits that you can add additional pendants or heads to.

The versatile Solorail accommodates your choice of hundreds of Quick Connect pendants and fixtures.
Designed with the thinnest profile in the industry, 1/2" tall and 3/8" wide, Solorail is engineered for rigorous usage in commercial, hospitality and retail applications. Featuring electroplated solid copper bus bars and CNC precision fabricated components, with a maximum capacity of 25 amperes; or 300 watts at 12 volts and 600 watts at 24 volts.

Very simple to design system with limited pieces available. With one Illumaflex lighting system, several light fixtures can serve as general, accent, spotlight or illumination lighting. Mix and match decorative track heads and mini-pendants cater to personal styles. Progress Illuma-Flex Monorail can be shaped in the field and designed and cut to navigate curves for custom designs.

Prepackaged kits: Not available.
Design: Rail is available in connectable six or twelve foot sections to be bent in the field as needed or used as a straight section.
All rail pieces are field-cuttable and bendable.
Isolating connectors allow you to switch and dim sections of rail separately.
There are no "X" or "T" connectors for this system.

Tech Lighting Monorail

Tech Lighting Monorail is a low voltage monorail system. Select straight and pre-bent rail sections to form circles or curves. All rail pieces are field-cuttable and field bendable to a horizontal radius as small as 6 inches and a vertical radius as small as 24". Can also be custom factory pre-bent.

Tech Lighting Wall Monorail System

Design your rail.

• Determine how many pieces of rail you'll need.
• Wall Monorail can be shaped by hand to follow a curved wall or soffit.
• Wall Monorail bends horizontally to a radius as small as 6" and vertically to a radius as small as 24" or it can be ordered in factory pre-bent custom curves.
• To go around corners or up or down around windows at sharp horizontal or vertical angles; rail can be field cut, then joined with connectors at sharp horizontal or vertical angles.
• Beginning from the power feed canopy, begin adding standoffs symmetrically every three feet and at corners. Standoffs can be positioned to cover points where rails are joined.
• Place the last standoff 4" to 6" from the end of the rail.
• Finish with a set of end caps.

Choose your lights.

• Decide where the fixtures should be installed to put light where you want it.
• Select from an array architectural heads.
• Add optional colorful and decorative accessories and functional optical controls.

Select your transformer.

• Add up the wattage from the lights you have chosen. Choose 12 or 24 volt. Then select a visible surface mount transformer or a hidden remote transformer with power feed canopy.
• Wall Monorail must be placed so it runs directly in front of the junction box if using a surface transformer or within two feet of the junction box if using a remote transformer.
• A 16' cord and plug is available plug in a surface transformer.
• If you are using LED fixtures, be sure to choose a transformer that is compatible with LED elements.

T-Trak Monorail accomodate a wide selection of architectural heads and pendants with multiple lamping options for your specific application. T-Track line-voltage heads offer a broad selection of lamp options to suit a full range of applications. Coordinating Lighting is available.

Maximum capacity:

• Single-Circuit or Two-Circuit Line-voltage track rated for 20 amps.
• True two-circuit system available.
• Each circuit has its own dedicated neutral for two separate switchable 20 amp circuits.

Wall extenders allow WAC Monorail to be mounted at variable distances from the wall, up to 24 inches. This allows for attractive gallery-style lighting of art work. The system is supported by aircraft cables, and can accommodate any Monorail Track Head or "Quick Connect" element.

The out-rigger bars hold low volt Monorail out from a wall surface. They are supplied in a standard Length of 24" and may be field shortened. Aircraft cable is supplied with each out-rigger sufficient in Length to form a 30 degree angle. The cable may also be cut in the field.

Power Feed Mount: The LM-OWP provides both structural support and carries current to the rail. The power feed canopy covers a standard 4" octagon box.
